Aluminum plate generally adopts 2-4mm thick AA1100 pure aluminum plate or AA3003 aluminum alloy plate. Generally, 2.5mm thick AA3003 aluminum alloy plate is used in China; aluminum composite plate generally adopts 3-4mm three-layer structure, including upper and lower two 0.5mm sandwiched PVC Or PE. We can see from the material that the cost of aluminum-plastic panels is definitely much lower than that of aluminum veneers.
At present, the domestic aluminum plate mainly uses a fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum plate. The processing process includes sheet metal processing and spraying. The sheet metal processing mainly processes the aluminum plate into the construction through the processes of cutting, folding, bending, welding and grinding. The shape and size; spraying are to spray paint on the processed sheet metal, one is manual spraying, and the other is machine spraying. Machine spraying is generally only suitable for regular flat plates. One of the great advantages of manual spraying is that regardless of the size, the color can be optional.
The roll coating of the aluminum-plastic panel must reach a certain amount before it can be processed. The processing process of the aluminum-plastic panel is more complicated than that of the aluminum panel, mainly consisting of four processes of forming, painting, compounding and trimming. Others are automated production. It can be seen from the processing process that the aluminum-plastic composite panel has certain advantages in environmental protection and safety. Coupled with the ease of the sheet metal addition process of aluminum sheets, some private workshops have begun to get involved, seriously affecting the stability of the market quality of aluminum sheets.
The appearance of the aluminum plate is worse than that of the aluminum-plastic plate, but its mechanical properties are obviously superior to those of the aluminum-plastic plate, and its wind pressure resistance is superior to that of the aluminum plate.
The fire-proof aluminum plate is not burned. The early aluminum-plastic plate is not fireproof. However, with the advancement of the aluminum-plastic plate technology, the fire-resistant aluminum-plastic composite plate produced nowadays is added with non-toxic flame retardant materials in its PE. The fire performance is greatly improved, and it can fully meet the needs of engineering fire protection. The residual aluminum plate has a certain residual value, but because of its high cost, the waste is much larger than that of the aluminum-plastic composite board with almost no residual value.
